Returns
Please take care to choose your items carefully as we only offer an exchange, not a refund. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the goods we sell must be of acceptable quality within the meaning of law. If the goods are not acceptable then you have the right to seek the remedies provided under New Zealand consumer protection.

In addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act we agree that you may, except for sale items, special orders and pieces of jewellery custom-made to customer specification, return or exchange the goods ordered on the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of delivery, you notify us in writing of your wish to return the goods.
- The goods are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets). As new condition means that the item must not have been worn at all, the item must be in original condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear (consideration of these factors is at our discretion)
- You pay the return post or other delivery costs for the returned goods and accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the retuned goods (you should therefore return by signature courier or personal delivery to our street address). You (The sender) will be responsible for all taxes and duties imposed for the reimportation by us into New Zealand if sending back internationally. We will not accept goods back if we are nominated as liable for taxes or duties.
- All returns are subject to inspection by us before processing. If we agree we will offer an exchange of goods to the same value you originally paid for your order. We will pay for the cost of return shipping (if applicable) if the return is the result of an error or the item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
Please note - Sale items, special orders and pieces of jewellery custom-made to customer specification will not be accepted for return unless they are of an unacceptable quality under New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
